REACH’s Recycling Program provides job training and employment opportunities through community recycling services, where participants learn sorting, processing, and workplace skills while helping reduce waste and promote environmental stewardship.

Langdale’s Deli is REACH’s upcoming downtown café that will offer fresh food, excellent service, and inclusive employment opportunities for adults with disabilities, creating a welcoming space for community connection and workforce development.
