Greg Stathos - Asst. Executive Director - With REACH since 2014
Greg manages day-today logistics, staff coordination, and compliance. He leads efforts to integrate workforce training and ensure program participants receive necessary accommodations and support.

Sarah Clark - Lead Direct Support Professional for Day Service Area (DSA) participants - With REACH since 2021
Sarah leads REACH’s Day Services Area, supporting participants who are unable to work due to their disabilities. She assists with daily tasks such as meal preparation, skill building, and social integration, while monitoring participants’ physical and mental well-being. Sarah also serves as an advocate for people with disabilities in the community.
Jeremy Murphy - Safety Director - With REACH since 2022
Our Safety Director oversees all OSHA compliance, staff training, and workplace safety protocols across REACH. They ensure every job site is safe, every job coach is fully trained, and every participant has the support they need to work confidently and safely in the community.
Brian Haines - Facility Manager - With REACH since 2022
Our Facility Manager oversees building maintenance, repairs, and daily operations to ensure REACH’s spaces are safe, accessible, and fully supportive for adults with disabilities—creating an environment where participants, staff, and visitors can move comfortably and engage in our programs without barriers.

John Addison - President - Since 2017
John is a former Oregon Air National Guard pilot who now trains F-15 student pilots at Kingsley Field as a Lockheed Martin contractor.

Larry Green - Vice President - Since 2004
Larry is a retired executive who held leadership roles with major corporations including Procter & Gamble, Heineken, and Anheuser-Busch.
Don Young - Treasurer - Since 2014
Don is a retired finance executive who spent over 25 years in leadership roles with Bend Millwork Systems and JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.
Richard Barlow - Secretary - Since 2004
Richard is a retired Corporate Manager of Information Systems with JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., where he served for 32 years, and a former 25-year board member of Pacific Crest Credit.
Roxanne Osbourne - Board Member - Since 2022
Judge Osbourne served as a Klamath County Deputy District Attorney for 11 years before spending 30 years on the bench as Judge of the Circuit Court, 13th District, Position 2.
Misty Barney- Board Member - Since 2022
Misty previously served as REACH’s Director of Services for three years before becoming an independent consultant to the Oregon Department of Human Services.
Keith Stotts - Board Member - Since 2024
Keith is a long-time small business owner in Klamath County, serves on the Benefit for the Basin Board of Directors, helped bring the Little League World Series to Klamath Falls, and has a personal commitment to supporting adults with disabilities inspired by his two brothers’ experiences with developmental disabilities.
